At Vintas Design Studios LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional creative design services that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. Our refund and return policy is based on a milestone-driven process, as outlined in the contract agreed upon by both the client and Vintas Design Studios LLC.

Milestone-Based Deliverables

Our projects are structured around clear milestones and deadlines. Each milestone represents a specific phase of the design process, such as concept approval, initial drafts, revisions, and final deliverables. As part of our contract agreement, clients are required to approve or provide feedback at each milestone before the next phase proceeds.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for any completed or approved milestones unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If a project is canceled before a milestone is reached, a partial refund may be considered, based on the work completed up to that point, less any administrative or processing fees.

  • Completed Milestones: Once a milestone has been completed and approved by the client, it is deemed final, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Unapproved or Incomplete Work: If the client is unsatisfied with any work at a particular milestone, they can request revisions or adjustments according to the terms outlined in the contract. Refunds are not issued for work that has been submitted and is under review or approved.
  • Project Cancellation: If the client cancels the project before its completion, the refund will be determined based on the percentage of work completed up to the cancellation date, minus any non-refundable fees as stated in the contract.

Revisions and Adjustments

We strive to ensure that all projects meet the client’s expectations. Revisions are included as per the terms specified in the contract (e.g., number of revisions allowed per milestone). Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon terms may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and approved in advance.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, the client must submit a written request detailing the reason for the refund and any issues with the project. The refund request will be reviewed within 10 business days, and a resolution will be provided based on the progress and milestones outlined in the contract.

Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that certain administrative fees, deposits, and any expenses already incurred (such as third-party services or purchased materials) are non-refundable. These fees will be clearly outlined in the contract.

Payments and Late Payments

  • Payment Schedule: Payments for services rendered will be due in accordance with the milestones outlined in the contract. The client agrees to make payments on time as per the agreed-upon schedule. Each payment is tied to specific deliverables, and work will continue only once the corresponding payment is received.
  • Late Payments: If a payment is not made by the due date, a late fee of will be charged as stated in the executed contact between Vintas Design Studios LLC and the client. If the payment is not received within 5 business days of the due date, Vintas Design Studios LLC reserves the right to suspend or halt all project work until payment is made. Continued delays in payment may result in the termination of the contract and forfeiture of any work completed to date.

Agreement Terms

By proceeding with services, the client agrees to the terms outlined in the contract, including the milestone-driven structure of the project, the payment schedule, and the refund and return policy. Any amendments to these terms must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
