Maybelle had the exciting opportunity to contribute to the packaging design and set graphics for Netflix’s 2024 sci-fi thriller, Atlas. This project embraced cutting-edge futuristic aesthetics, offering a uniquely rewarding creative experience. From high-tech interface elements to sci-fi-inspired product packaging, she played a key role in shaping visuals that helped bring the world of Atlas to life.

Collaborating closely with the art department, Maybelle helped develop over 150 graphics for on-set use. These designs enhanced the film’s immersive storytelling, reflecting themes of advanced technology, AI integration, and the evolving relationship between human and machine.

Set Graphics

She played a key role in shaping the set graphics for Netflix’s sci-fi thriller Atlas, designing futuristic packaging and interface elements that enriched the film’s immersive world. Her work brought high-tech consumer products to life, seamlessly integrating them into the protagonist’s apartment to reflect the movie’s dystopian, technology-driven aesthetic. These graphics weren’t just visual details—they were essential in establishing atmosphere, reinforcing world-building, and supporting the film’s core themes of advanced technology, AI, and the intersection of human and machine.

ICN Interrogation Room

For the movie's ICN Interrogation Room, she designing environmental labels and decals that heightened the environment's futuristic and oppressive atmosphere. Her work included crafting intricate signage, interface elements, and industrial markings for various objects, such as pipe systems, emergency tools, and control panels, seamlessly integrating with the film’s high-tech, dystopian aesthetic. These designs were essential in immersing audiences, reinforcing themes of surveillance, control, and technological dominance, and helping shape the visual storytelling of Atlas.
